Refund policy

At Pings Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below, which vary depending on the type of product purchased.

  1. Pounds Goods Items sold by the pound may be returned within 1 week (7 days) of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as when sold.
  2. Yard Fabrics Cut fabrics (measured and cut to customer specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned. Full rolls of fabric may be returned only if unopened and in their original packaging.
  3. Household Goods Household items may be returned within 1 week (7 days) of delivery. All returns must be in the same condition as sold, unused and in original packaging.
  4. General Return Conditions Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@pingsfabrics.com within the return window. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
